Signal Circuit Inspection

IG "OFF" and disconnect FLS connector.
1. IG "ON" & ENG "OFF"
2. Measure voltage between terminal 3 of FLS harness connector and chassis ground.
  Specification : Approx. 11.46V
3. Is the measured voltage within specification ?
  YES
  - Go to "GROUND CIRCUIT INSPECTION " procedure.
  NO
  - Repair or replace as necessary and go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
