Check assist door lamp
1. Connect scantool to Data Link Connector (DLC).
2. Ignition "ON" & engine "OFF"
3. Select 'ACTUATION TEST' mode on scantool and press [F1] to start

4. Does assist door lamp work properly?
  YES
  
  Go to " 2Check ADM" procedure.
  
  NO
  
  Substitute with a known-good assist door lamp and check for proper operation.
  
  If the problem is corrected, replace assist door lamp and then go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
Check ADM
1. Connect scantool to Data Link Connector (DLC).
2. Ignition "ON" & engine "OFF"
3. Substitute with a known-good ADM and Check if the DTC is erased.
4. Is the DTC erased?
  YES
  
  Substitute with a known-good ADM and check for proper operation.
  
  If the problem is corrected, replace ADM and then go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
  
  NO
  
  Check connectors for looseness, poor connection, bending, corrosion, contamination, deterioration, or damage. Repair or replace as necessary and then go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
