Check left outside mirror motor
1. Connect scantool to Data Link Connector (DLC).
2. Ignition "ON" & engine "OFF"
3. Select 'ACTUATION TEST' mode on scantool and press [F1] to start

4. Does left outside mirror motor work properly?
  YES
  
  Go to " 2Check left outside mirror sensor" procedure.
  
  NO
  
  Substitute with a known-good left outside mirror and check for proper operation.
  
  If the problem is corrected, replace left outside mirror and then go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
Check left outside mirror sensor
1. Connect scantool to Data Link Connector (DLC).
2. Ignition "ON" & engine "OFF"
3. Measure voltage value between terminal "13" of outside mirror and chassis ground. While operating outside mirror switch.
  Specification : bottom end → approx. 1.13V, upper end → approx. 4.14V

4. Is the measured voltage within specifications?
  YES
  
  Go to " 3Check DDM" procedure.
  
  NO
  
  Substitute with a known-good right outside mirror and check for proper operation. If the problem is corrected, replace right outside mirror and then go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
Check DDM
1. Connect scantool to Data Link Connector (DLC).
2. Ignition "ON" & engine "OFF"
3. Measure voltage value between terminal "10,11" of outside mirror and chassis ground. While operating outside mirror switch.
  Specification : 9~16V

4. Is the measured voltage within specifications?
  YES
  
  Check connectors for looseness, poor connection, bending, corrosion, contamination, deterioration, or damage. Repair or replace as necessary and then go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
  
  NO
  
  Substitute with a known-good ADM and check for proper operation.
  
  If the problem is corrected, replace ADM and then go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
