IMS (Integrated Memory System) Module: Removal

  1. Remove the negative (-) battery terminal.
  2. Remove the seats in the car.

    (Refer to FRONT SEAT )

  3. Remove the IMS module (A) after loosening 4 screws and 4 connectors in the bottom of seat.

  1. Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
  2. Remove the seat control switch (A). (Refer to FRONT SEAT )

  3. After loosening the mounting screws and crimp, then remove the seat cover (A) and recliner cover (B).

  4. Loosen the power seat control switch (A) screws (2EA), then remove the connectors (2EA).
