Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Signal check, high
  1. Poor connection
  2. Open or short to battery in Circuit
  3. Faulty Fuel Sub Sender
  4. Faulty Fuel Sender
  5. Faulty ECM
Enable Conditions
  • 9V < B+ volt < 16V
  • Engine speed > 500 rpm
Threshold Value
  • Signal voltage > 7.273V
Diagnostic Time
  • 5 sec
MIL ON Condition
  • 2 driving cycle
