DTC DETECTING CONDITION REFERENCE CHART

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • O2S signal interrupt by heater
  1. Poor connection
  2. Open in harness
  3. HO2S (B1/S2)
  4. ECM
Enable Conditions
  • Battery voltage > 10.7V
  • After enough heated
  • Time after dew point end detected > 10 sec
Threshold value
  • Counter of 'Downstream O2S voltage' > 2V during 0.04sec after heater on->off > 5 times
Diagnosis Time
  • Continuous
MIL On Condition
  • 2 Driving Cycles
