Monitor GDS Data

Connect GDS to Data Link Connector (DLC).
Engine start and drive the vehicle on the road.
Monitor the "VSS" parameters on the GDS. (ECM and ESC (ESP) Control)
Specification: Be changed according to driving condition.

Are the parameters displayed correctly?
YES
- Fault is intermittent caused by poor contact in the sensor's and/or ECM's connector or was repaired and ECM memory was not cleared. Thoroughly check connectors for looseness, poor connection, bending, corrosion, contamination, deterioration, or damage. Repair or replace as necessary and go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
NO
- Faulty in vehicle speed sensor.
  → Check the Wheel speed sensor and ESC (ESP) system and go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
- Faulty in only ECM signal.
  → Go to "TERMINAL AND CONNECTOR INSPECTION " procedure.
