Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Communication state check from the rain sensor to FAM
  • Error monitoring by duty value
  • Faulty rain sensor
Enable Conditions
  • IG "ON" or IG "ON" & ENG "ON"
  • Wiper switch position is AUTO
Threshold value
  • FAM receives internal error data from the rain sensor.
Diagnostic Time
  • Immediately
DTC Erasing Time
  • DTC is erased immediately after trouble fixed.
