DTC DETECTING CONDITIONS

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Voltage range check
  • Short to ground in signal harness
  • Poor connection or damaged harness
  • Faulty IAT sensor
Enable Conditions
  • Battery voltage >6V
Threshold Value
  • IAT voltage < 0.22V
Diagnostic Time
  • 10 sec.
Mil On Condition
  • 2 Driving Cycles
