Repair procedures: Replacement

Turn off the ignition switch and then disconnect the battery (-) cable.
Remove the lower cover on the crash pad.
(Refer to the CRASH PAD .)
Disconnect the TCM connector (A).
Remove the mounting bolt and nut. Then remove the TCM (B).
TCM mounting bolt/nut:

9.8 ~ 11.8 N.m (1.0 ~ 1.2 kgf.m, 7.2 ~ 8.7 lb-ft)

Installation is the reverse of removal.
