Repair Procedures: Removal

  1. Turn ignition switch OFF and disconnect the negative (-) battery cable.
  2. Remove the cover.
  3. Disconnect the ECM connector (A) and TCM connector (B).
  4. Remove the ECM & TCM bracket installation bolts (C) and nut (D.

  5. Remove the TCM from bracket after removing the installation bolts (A).
