Liftgate Open Switch

  1. Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
  2. Remove the Liftgate trim.

    Refer to TAIL GATE TRIM .

  3. Remove the Liftgate back panel.

    Refer to TAIL GATE BACK PANEL .

  4. Loosen the Liftgate switch mounting screws (2EA).

  5. Remove the Liftgate switch (A) after separating the license lamp wiring.
