General Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Erratic Air/Fuel correction value
  1. Fuel leakage or stuck in injector
  2. Air leakage in cylinder
  3. Ignition system error in cylinder
  4. Abnormal compression pressure in cylinder
Enable Conditions
  • Engine coolant temperature is higher than 40°C (104°F)
  • Engine speed is lower than 3500 rpm
  • No disabling faults
Threshold value
  • Individual Cylinder Fuel Control multiplier is lower than 0.84 or higher than 1.14
Diagnosis Time
  • 3 sec.
MIL On Condition
  • 2 Drive Cycles
