Repair Procedures: Removal

Pull the knob (A) in the direction of "F" shown in illustration and remove it, and then remove the console upper cover.

Remove the console.
(Refer to CONSOLE )
Disconnect the connector (A) from the shift lever.

Disconnect the shift cable (A) from the shift lever.

Remove the shift lever (A) after removing the bolts.
Tightening torque: 8.8 ~ 13.7 N.m (0.9 ~ 1.4 kgf.m, 6.5 ~ 10.1 lb-ft)
