Monitor GDS Data
- Connect GDS to Data Link Connector (DLC).
- Ignition "OFF" and then Ignition "ON".
- After connecting GDS, select exact region for vehicle.
- Check DTC using GDS.
- Are any DTCs present?
YES
- Substitute with a known-good BSD ECU assembly check for proper operation.
If problem is corrected, replace BSD ECU assembly and then go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
NO
- Fault is intermittent caused by faulty BSD ECU or was repaired and BSD ECU memory was not cleared.
Go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
- Substitute with a known-good BSD ECU assembly check for proper operation.
