Description and Operation: Description

SWRC (Steering Wheel Remote Controller) is CAN communication module which transmits the steering wheel remote controller signals.

This signal is different according to vehicle option and control the below functions.

• AVN control switch signal (VOL UP/DOWN, SEEK UP/DOWN, MUTE, MODE)
• Hands free and Bluetooth control switch signal (Voice recognition, CALL (SEND), HANGUP (END))
• Cluster display control switch signal (Menu OK (DISP), UP, DOWN)
• Cruise (including Smart Cruise) control switch signal (+RES, -SET, CANCEL, Cruise ON/OFF, Distance between vehicles)
• Send the steering wheel heater switch signal to HEATED ECU
• B-CAN communication IC built-in (Body CAN communication module)
