DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Conditions for Setting DTC Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Check LIN Communication.
  1. "RAIN SENSOR" LIN line open/poor connection.
  2. "RAIN SENSOR" LIN line short to battery.
  3. "RAIN SENSOR" LIN line short to ground.
  4. LIN communication line protocol error from electrical noise.
Enable Conditions
  • IG Key "ON", Engine "OFF".
Threshold Value
  • "RAIN SENSOR"'s LIN data is not received.
Diagnostic Time
  • Immediately.
DTC Erasing
  • Erased DTC after solved problem.
