Component Inspection

■ Check fuel pressure sensor performance 

1. IG "OFF".
2. Engine start.
3. Measure the voltage between signal terminal of fuel pressure sensor harness connector and ground.

   Specification:  Approx. 1.9 ~ 3.2V (in idle)

4. Is the measured voltage within specification?

   YES 

   • Visually check contamination by foreign material at fuel pressure sensor and Clear DTC and Test-drive under the enable conditions. After the road test, go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR ".

   NO 

   • Substitute with a known - good fuel pressure sensor and check for proper operation. If the problem is corrected, replace fuel pressure sensor and go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
