Component Inspection

■ Check Battery 

1. IG "ON".
2. Measure voltage between the battery terminal (+) and the battery terminal (-).

   Specification:  Above 11V

3. Is the measured voltage within specification?

   YES 

   • Substitute with a known - good ECM and check for proper operation. If the problem is corrected, replace ECM and go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.

   NO 

   • Repair or replace it which has a problem, and go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
