- Engine is running (idle).
- Cold Start Catalyst Light Off active
- Desired Catalyst Light Off RPM Offset is greater than 50 RPM

- Idle RPM Shiftup is lower than 50 RPM
- Idle RPM Shiftup is greater than 50 RPM and the difference between target and actual idle RPM is more than 100 RPM
