Verification of Vehicle Repair

After a repair, it is essential to verify that the fault has been corrected.

  1. Connect GDS and select "Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTC)" mode
  2. Clear DTC using a GDS.
  3. Drive the vehicle within DTC Enable conditions in General information.
  4. After selecting "Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTC)" mode and check DTC is recorded again.
  5. Are any DTCs recorded?

    YES 

    • Go to the applicable troubleshooting procedure.

    NO 

    • System is performing to specification at this time.
