Power Circuit Inspection

1. Check for an open or short circuit in the SRSCM Power Circuit.

1. Disconnect SRSCM connector from wiring harness.
2. Ignition "ON" & Engine "OFF".
   1. Measure voltage between terminal "supply voltage" and chassis ground.

   Specification:  Battery Voltage

3. Is the measured voltage within specifications?

   YES 

   • Go to "CAN COMMUNICATION LINE INSPECTION " procedure.

   NO 

   • Substitute the SRSCM main harness or SRSCM and check for proper operation.

If the problem is corrected, replace SRSCM main harness or SRSCM and then go to "Verification Of Vehicle Repair " procedure.
