Inspection Procedures: Notes

Check The Power Supply Circuit For The Diagnosis 

1. Measure the voltage between terminal 16 of the data link connector and body ground.

   Specification:  approximately B+

2. Is voltage within specification?

   YES 

   • Check the ground circuit for the diagnosis.

   NO 

   • Repair an open in the wire. Check and replace fuse from the engine compartment junction block.
