Signal Circuit Inspection

■ Check voltage 

1. IG "OFF" and disconnect Fuel Sender & Fuel Pump Motor connector and PCM connector.
2. IG "ON".
3. Measure voltage between Fuel Sender Input signal terminal of PCM harness connector and chassis ground.

   Specification:  Approx. 7 ~ 10V

4. Is the measured voltage within specification?

   YES 

   • Go to "Component Inspection" procedure below.

   NO 

   • Repair short to ground or open in harness and go to "Verification of Vehicle Repair " procedure.
