DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Circuit Malfunction
  1. Malfunction of Shift Cable alignment between TGS Lever and Transmission Range Sensor
  2. Shift Lever
  3. PCM/TCM
Enable Conditions
  • Battery voltage is above 10V
  • Engine speed is above 1500 rpm
Threshold value
  • Detect middle position signal between range and range
Detecting Time
  • More than 10sec and 2times
Fail safe
  • Normal status: All position possible
  • Abnormal status: Above 3rd position possible

(3rd ~ 6th possible, 1st/2nd impossible)
