Liftgate Open Switch

  1. Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
  2. Remove the liftgate trim.

    (Refer to TAIL GATE TRIM )

  3. Remove the liftgate back panel.

    (Refer to TAIL GATE BACK PANEL )

  4. Loosen the liftgate switch mounting screws (2EA).

  5. Remove the liftgate switch (A) after separating the license lamp wiring.
