Liftgate Open Switch

  1. Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
  2. Remove the liftgate trim.

    (Refer to Body - "Liftgate Trim ")

  3. Remove the liftgate back panel.

    (Refer to Body - "LIFTGATE ASSEMBLY )

  4. Remove the liftgate open switch (A) after loosening the mounting screws.
