DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible cause
DTC Strategy
  • Internal Monitoring
  1. Variant coding not carried out
Enable Conditions
  • In Case that a Variant set is not finished
  • In case that 4WD message is received in 2WD Vehicle
  • In case that longitudinal G sensor message is received in no longitudinal G sensor variant Vehicle
  • In case that EPB message is received in no EPB Vehicle
  • In case that the value added function configuration is not coded
Fail Safe
  • Inhibit the ESP (ESC)/DBC control and allow the ABS/EBD control
  • The ESP (ESC)/DBC warning lamp is activated
