DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible cause
DTC Strategy
  • Electrical check - check symptoms related to Lambda sensor open circuit
  1. Poor connection or damaged harness
  2. Open in HO2S control circuit
  3. Front HO2S
Enable Conditions
  • Upstream O2 sensor operative readiness is detected.
  • Battery voltage is between 11V and 16V.
Threshold value
  • Pumping current trim circuit is open (VRC).
  • Measured sensor label resistance is greater than 4644 Ω.
Diagnosis Time
  • 2.5 seconds.
MIL On Condition
  • 2 Driving Cycles
