Monitoring DTC Status
- Connect GDS to "DATA LINK CONNECTOR (DLC)".
- IG key "ON", Engine "OFF".
- Select "Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTC)" with GDS.
- Monitor the diagnostic trouble code and present of the trouble code.
- Erase the DTC and operate the vehicle within DTC Enable conditions in General information.
- Is the DTC displayed again?
YES
- After checking installed option on the real vehicle firmly, perform "CLU VARIANT CODING
" procedure in the "Vehicle S/W Management" with GDS.
→ Go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
NO
- Fault is intermittent caused by poor contact in LKAS ("LANE KEEPING ASSIST CONTROL MODULE")'s connector or CLU memory was not cleared after repair.
→ Thoroughly check connectors for looseness, poor connection, bending, corrosion, contamination, deterioration, or damage.
→ Repair or replace as necessary, go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
- After checking installed option on the real vehicle firmly, perform "CLU VARIANT CODING
" procedure in the "Vehicle S/W Management" with GDS.
