DTC Information And Inspection: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
Main Action
  • Electrical check
  1. Poor connector connection
  2. Short to Ground in TPS1 Signal Circuit
  3. Faulty TPS1
Prerequisite Condition
  • Ignition switch is turned "ON"
Threshold Value
  • TPS1 output voltage is lower than 0.12V.
  • Sensor signal circuit is shorted to ground.
Diagnostic Time
  • Continuously (for 0.05 seconds by repeated 10 msec.)
MIL On Condition
  • 2nd Driving Cycle
