DTC Setting Condition

Trouble shooting Condition Possible Cause
Main action
  • Monitor CAN signals from the TCS (ESC/ESP)
  1. Poor contact of connectors of each communication module
  2. Open/short in the CAN communication circuit
  3. TCS (ESC/ESP) ECU
Prerequisite condition
  • Turn the ignition switch on or start the engine
Threshold value
  • A TCS 1/4/5 CAN message is not received
