DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Electrical Check
  1. Open or Short to ground in power circuit
  2. Open or short to ground in signal circuit
  3. Poor connection or damaged harness
  4. Faulty APS1
Enable Conditions
  • Accelerator Position Sensor 2 (APS2) voltage is higher than 0.55V
Threshold Value
  • Accelerator Position Sensor 1 (APS1) voltage is less than 0.23V
Diagnostic Time
  • Continuous
MIL On Condition
  • Immediately
