- Sensor voltage is higher than 0.4V and lower than 0.5V.
- Battery voltage is higher than 10.7V.
- Heat quantity from exhaust gas around downstream O2S is higher than 1~312kJ.

- Internal resistance is too high.(Open circuit)

- Battery voltage is higher than 10.7V.
- Exhaust gas temperature around downstream O2S is higher than 600°C (1112°F). Or
- Heat quantity from exhaust gas around downstream O2S is higher than 1~312kJ.

- Battery voltage is higher than 10.7V.
- Time after heat quantity from exhaust gas is higher than 1~312kJ for 10 seconds.

- The number of that the absolute value of downstream O2S voltage is greater than 2V for 0.04 sec after turning on and off a heater is more than or equal to 4 times.
