Repair Procedures: Removal

Disconnect the battery (-) terminal.
Remove the air cleaner.
(Refer to Engine Mechanical System - "AIR CLEANER ")
Remove the ECTS, after disconnect the engine coolant temperature sensor connector (A).

CAUTION:
- Note that engine coolant may flow out from the water temperature control assembly when removing the sensor.
Supplement the engine coolant.
