Liftgate Open Switch

Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
Remove the liftgate bed trim assembly.
(Refer to Body - "LIFTGATE TRIM ")
Disconnect the liftgate open switch connector (A).

Loosen the mounting nuts, clip (B) and remove the liftgate open switch assembly (A).

IMPORTANT:
- Make sure the connector is connected properly.
- Replace any damaged clips (or pin-type retainers).
