Repair Procedures: Installation
- Check that the shaft (A) is in the "N" position.
- Install the position sensor (B).
- Install the position sensor "N" fixing SST (No.:09459 - 4G100) (D) in the sensor (A), case pin (B) and anti-rotation guide (C).
- Install the bolts (A) in the position sensor.
Tightening torque: 9.8 - 11.8 N.m (1.0 - 1.2 kgf.m, 28.9 - 33.9 lb-ft)
- Remove the position sensor "N" fixing SST (No.:09459 - 4G100) (B).
- Connect the position sensor connector (A).
- Install the electric shift actuator (A).
Tightening torque: 20.6 - 26.5 N.m (2.1 - 2.7 kgf.m, 15.2 - 19.5 lb-ft)
- Install the wiring clip (A).
- Connect the electronic shift actuator connector (A).
- Install the Hybrid Power Control Unit (HPCU) assembly and tray.

- Fill the engine and transaxle system coolant.
(Refer to Engine Mechanical System - " ENGINE COOLANT ")
- Add coolant on the hybrid motor cooling system and perform air bleeding job using diagnostic tool.

- Install the engine room under cover.
(Refer to Engine Mechanical System - " ENGINE ROOM UNDER COVER ")
- Connect the high voltage cable.
(Refer to Automatic Transaxle System - " HIGH VOLTAGE SHUT-OFF PROCEDURES ")
- Check that operating surely at each range of the position sensor corresponding to each position of electric shift button.
