Fuel Pressure Regulator Solenoid (M30) Test
- Remove vacuum lines and electrical connector from solenoid. Remove solenoid from vehicle. Apply battery voltage to White/Black wire terminal of solenoid. Apply ground to Purple wire terminal of solenoid. Blow into vacuum port "A" on end of solenoid.
- As battery voltage is applied, air should pass out of right angle vacuum port "B". With power and ground removed from solenoid, air should pass out of port "C". Port "C" may be covered with a filter. See Figure .
