Fast Idle Control Device (FICD) Solenoid (M30)

Disconnect FICD solenoid connector. Briefly apply ground and battery voltage to solenoid. Solenoid should click as it is energized. If not, remove FICD and check for seizing or sticking plunger. Check for broken tension spring.
