(1) For 5 seconds after turning ignition switch ON.

(3) Run engine, turn off ignition. Take voltage reading after 6 seconds.
(4) Run engine, turn off ignition. Voltage reading is within 6 seconds of turning off switch.
(5) For 5 seconds after turning switch ON.
(6) Five seconds after turning switch ON.
(7) Varies with temperature.
(8) 1991 models only.
(9) Disconnect throttle motor harness connector. Fully close secondary throttle valve by hand. See warning below.
(10) Take voltage reading about 3 seconds after turning ignitions switch on.
(11) Output voltage varies with throttle valve opening angle.
(12) Steering wheel is in the "straight ahead" position.
(13) Steering wheel is turned.
(14) Do not run engine at high speed under no-load.
(15) Output voltage varies slightly with engine speed.
(16) Quickly depress accelerator pedal, then quickly release it.
(17) Steering wheel is being turned, A/C is operating, rear defogger is on and headlamps are in high position.
