Secondary Throttle Sensor Adjustment

Disconnect rubber air duct and throttle motor harness connector. Connect secondary throttle sensor harness connector. With ignition ON, measure voltage on harness side between terminals "b" and ground when closing secondary throttle valve by hand. See Figure and Fig 1 . With throttle valve fully open, voltage should be 4.4-4.6 volts. With throttle valve partially open, voltage should be 0.4-4.6 volts. With throttle valve fully closed voltage should be 0.4 or more volts. If voltage readings are not as specified adjust secondary throttle valve sensor.
