ALTERNATOR BELT ADJUSTMENT

Application (1) Deflection - In. (mm)
New Belt .295-.335 (7.5-8.5)
Used Belt (2) .35-.39 (9-10)
(1) With 22 lbs. (10 kg) pressure applied center of longest belt run.
(2) Used belt limit is .55" (14 mm).
