Wiper Amplifier Output Signal Check

Measure voltage between BCM terminals No. 11 and 29 after operating washer switch. See Fig 1. Meter reading should be zero volts for about 3 second after washer was operated. If reading is incorrect, replace BCM. If reading is okay, replace wiper amplifier.
