Throttle Position (TP) Sensor

Ensure engine is warmed to normal operating temperature. Disconnect throttle position switch harness connector. See Fig 1 . Check resistance between specified connector terminals.
If continuity is not correct, slightly loosen TP sensor mounting bolts. Rotate sensor body until resistance is correct. Tighten mounting bolts, and recheck resistance reading.
