Wiper/Washer Circuit

Turn ignition switch to ACC position. Using voltmeter, backprobe TCU connector. Connect positive voltmeter lead to terminal No. 13 and negative lead to terminal No. 15. With wiper/washer lever in ON position, voltage should be zero. With washer in OFF position, battery voltage should be present. Using an ohmmeter, check wiring harness between TCU and washer switch. If continuity is present, replace TCU.
