Remote Control Trunk Lid Release Function Inoperative

Check if trunk lid can be opened using trunk lid release switch. If trunk lid cannot be opened using trunk lid release switch, check trunk lid release switch wiring circuit. If trunk lid can be opened using release switch, go to DIAGNOSTIC PROCEDURE 4  under DIAGNOSTIC CHARTS .
