Possible Causes

NOTE: Freeze frame data is not stored in ECM for this self-diagnosis. MIL will not light up for this self-diagnosis.

Malfunction is detected when ECM can not receive the information from VDC/TCS/ABS control unit continuously. Possible causes are:

CAN communication line open or shorted.
Defective ABS actuator and electric unit, ABS/TCS control unit or VDC/TCS/ABS control unit.
Dead (weak) battery.
