Overall Function Check (Using GST)

NOTE: Use this procedure to check the overall function of the Park/Neutral Position (PNP) switch circuit. During this check, a 1st trip DTC may not be confirmed.
  1. Turn ignition switch to ON position.
  2. Check voltage between ECM terminal No. 102 (PNP switch signal) and ground under conditions specified. See Fig 1.
  3. If NG is displayed, go to DIAGNOSTIC PROCEDURE .
