Using GST

The emission related diagnostic information in the ECM can be erased by connecting GST to the DLC located under the left side dash panel and selecting MODE 4. This mode can clear all emission related diagnostic information. Which includes:

1. Clears number of DTCs.
2. Clears DTCs.
3. Clears trouble code for freeze frame data.
4. Clears freeze frame data.
5. Resets status of system monitoring test.
6. Clears on-board monitoring test results.
