Possible Causes
Malfunction is detected when either left or right bank does not operate in closed loop even when vehicle is driven in specific condition. Possible causes are:
- Front HO2S circuit open or shorted.
- Defective front HO2S.
- Defective front HO2S heater.
NOTE:
DTC P1148 and P1168 have one trip detection logic.
